Psalmist Bobbie Malone was born and raised in northeast Denver, where she still lives with her granddaughter. She is the daughter of a preacher/singer. A mother of three (two survive,) she is devoted to her son and daughter, as well as to her parents and her grandchildren.
She is most well-known for singing with the Roots and Branches group in the 1980's. An ordained Evangelist, this saint may be found on just about any Sunday singing or preaching --lifting up the Name of God in the sanctuary!
She is also a Prayer Warrior with the Marilyn Hickey Ministries.
Ms. Malone's wonderful, earthy soprano voice may be heard on five selections on the Old School Church - Vol. 1 CD. She also plays down-home keyboards and often accompanies herself, as well as Denver-area singers and choirs. Look for even more good music from Bobbie Malone, in the near future, upon the release of the Mommy Sing's God's Love CD.
